New Customers 🐶
All new clients must complete a New Customer Form before their first grooming appointment. This ensures your dog’s safety and comfort. Forms can be sent by email, text, or WhatsApp.

Contacting Us 📞
During busy grooming times, we may not be able to answer the phone straight away. Please send a text, WhatsApp, or email and we’ll reply as quickly as possible.

Rebooking ✨
We recommend booking at least two future grooming appointments in advance to secure your preferred times, especially during busy periods.

Cancellations 🔄

• 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice → the missed appointment must be paid in full.

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your next booking.
